Notes: This illusive book was printed in 1948/1948 and a few review copies were released, when it became appearent that portions of it were plaguerized, and it was withdrawn and pulped. Very very few copies were ever released and still fewer remain. Horological bookseller Jill Hadfield states (in 2007)that possibly there are as few as 6 known copies surviveing.
